Quarry Splash Pad -Leander

Over the weekend, we were invited to our neighbour's Cinderella themed birthday party. She turned 3. The party is held at Quarry Splash Pad - Leander. It is located inside the Williamson County Regional Park. The park was huge but there is no sign whatsoever about the splash pad. We drove around and only see tennis court, stadium like track, etc. With 2 GPS and let hubby go find more direction from the model home nearby, we finally managed to arrive there :)

As per the name, it was a quarry that is turned into a splash pad. There were sands pit, mini rock climbing for kids and the splash pad itself.
My daugther loved playing with water so much so this a no brainer hard core entertainment for her.
She was shy around the people in the party. She stays at home with me all the time, so this shyness is the byproduct of it. But once she was in the splash pad, she giggled, screamed and running around happily. Our neighboured even mentioned that he never saw her like this.

After about 1 hour playing with water, we decided to finish playing since the weather was so hot, it was 105 degree, but my daughter is not having it. So we gave her extra time to play before we have to lift her up with all the screaming and struggling to get back.

unfortunately, my hubby's phone is running out of battery due to the GPS and i forgot to bring my phone. We ony managed to take 2 pic of her playing with the small water splash. We will definately come back even if just to make some memorable picture of her and the bigger water splash :)

Rolled Rosette Headband

This is what i have been doing during my spare time, whenever my daugther decided that she is going to sleep and believe me it always a challenge to put her to sleep .. Making headbands.

I am going to share some of my finished rolled rosette headband for now.
I also did made her korker, boutique bow etc but that will be for another post. Hope you like them too.

Best Buy Mueller Airport

We stopped by at Best Buy @ Mueller Airport to pick up Daily Deals last Tuesday on the way home from Houston.
We often pass by this complex and always wonder, what is with all those blue antenna like ??? Still dont know what they are, but my daughter was having fun playing by herself. She pick up all the UT beer glasses and pretned she was having a tea party :) No Offense to Daddy who is Aggies, but there were only UT glasses on the helf.

Hello, Blog World

Hellooo everyone,

I started blogging when I first got married in 2005 but then my life has been like a roller coaster and i neglected updating my blog all together. Now, my friend tempted me on starting my own blog and since nowadays I have spare time while feeding my daugther which usually take 1,5 hours, i tought that I might as well start blogging again.

Once interesting stuff happening today:
